Creemore Springs pint

More in the Making

Creemore is, and forever will be, more than just a beer. In every pint, there’s a revitalized town, inspired locals, and new beginnings. We aren’t content with the status quo, because there’s always more to be had. And there’s always more in the making.

Some of our beers are big and bold, others are smooth and refreshing, but all are made the same Creemore way.

We fire-brew our beer in small batches in an authentic copper kettle.

We don’t use regular water, we use local spring water from our namesake springs. Now you know why our beers have so much character.

Premium Lager

Style:
Inspired by a Bohemian Pilsner but a style unto its own

Lager is made the world over, but our Premium Lager is a one-of-a-kind gem. In all our years, we still haven’t tasted anything like it. Probably because we fire-brew it to be unique and it’s only made with the best ingredients in a traditional way. So say cheers to a beer that’s as distinct as our town.

A classic bowed IPA glass works best, as its wide mouth amplifies the hop aromas.

The Mad & Noisy Rivers wind separately through forests and farmlands before coming together right outside the village of Creemore. Inspired by the two rivers meeting, our Mad & Noisy series of beer brings together our heritage brewing techniques and our brewers’ fresh stream of thinking.

Lagered Ale

Style:

Inspired by the Kölsch beers of Cologne Germany, this straw-blonde ale is subtly hopped, fermented with ale yeast and then lagered cold.
The results, a light-bodied brew with a delicate fruity aroma of an ale and a crisp clean finish of a lager.

Coconut Porter

Style:
Variation of a Porter

Our brewers have combined roasted and chocolate malts to give this porter a robust malt backbone. Then they simply added roasted coconut, giving it the subtle taste of a chocolate macaroon with a coconut finish.

A traditional English or Irish Pint Glass serves this brew best.

Orange Pale Ale

A tulip glass, which is shaped like a snifter, gives you room to swirl the beer, releasing the full aromas.

Every now and then we release a beer that’s inspired by our travels or a special occasion. But all great things must come to an end. These legendary releases have been put out to pasture, but you never know if we’ll bring them back. In the meantime, remember them fondly.

Sunny & Share

Style:
Saison with a twist

Inspired by a trip to Belgium, our brewers concocted their twist on a classic farmhouse ale. Infused with lemon and orange peel, Sunny & Share is an intriguing orchestration of malt, hops and citrus peel that crescendo with a hint of clove. Perfect for sharing, unless you want the whole thing for yourself.

THEBREWERY

Brewed in small batches by people with big hearts

We fire-brew our beer in small batches in an authentic copper kettle. This gives our beer complexity, balance and flavour. Now add some local spring water, barley malt, hops and yeast, and you got yourself something special.

There are about 80 of us happy folk here at the Brewery. We love what we do and it shows in our beer. So if you ever want to stop by and share some good beer and conversation, look for the Old May Hardware store with a 1932 Model A truck parked out front, and our famous copper kettle perched in the window. Cheers!

Water is one of the most important ingredients in beer. While most breweries have to transport theirs from afar, we’re blessed with having our own source just around the corner. The spring, which is the namesake of the brewery, flows from limestone bedrock and is cooled and shaded by hardwood forest. Now you know why our beer tastes so fresh.
